تحلیل فازی و مدیریت ریسک هجوم آب زیرزمینی در تونل راه امامزاده هاشم (ع) با رویکرد تحلیل عددی و FMEA در شرایط عدم قطعیت
بدون تردید یکی از پیچیدهترین شرایط برای تونلسازی، حفاری در زیر سطح آبهای زیرزمینی است. در مناطقی که ارتفاع سطح آب از تراز تونل زیاد باشد، امکان وقوع مخاطرات مختلفی وجود دارد. احتمال ورود آب با فشار بالا، تبدیل هجوم آب به جریان گل در مناطق سست، آسیب به کارکنان و تجهیزات، سخت شدن فعالیت در محیط کار و کاهش راندمان حفاری از جمله مهمترین پیامدهای تونلسازی در زیر سطح ایستابی آبهای زیرزمینی به شمار میرود. این مخاطرات میتوانند هزینههای زیادی برای پروژه داشته باشند، به ویژه در روش حفاری مکانیزه که سرمایهگذاری بالای مالی نیاز دارد. پروژه قطعه دوم تونل راه امامزاده هاشم (ع) واقع در شمال شرق استان تهران، طولانیترین تونل راه کشور است که طبق برنامهریزی انجام شده، عملیات اجرایی آن به روش مکانیزه انجام خواهد شد. در این تحقیق، با مطالعه مشخصات مسیر، دبی آب ورودی به تونل با روش عددی و استفاده از نرمافزار FLAC2D محاسبه شده است. در ادامه با بررسی پروژههای مشابه در خارج از کشور و وضعیت آنها در برخورد با پدیده هجوم آب، ریسک این مخاطره به صورت کلاسیک و با روش FMEA ارزیابی و مدیریت شده است. در ادامه به منظور افزایش دقت نتایج به دست آمده، تحلیل فازی بر مبنای روش FMEA انجام گرفته است. نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل فازی و کلاسیک نشان میدهد که در ناحیه میانی مسیر تونل، به دلیل احتمال هجوم آب با فشار بالا همراه با تبدیل به جریان گل ریسک تونلسازی زیاد است. همچنین مقایسه نتایج تحلیل کلاسیک و فازی دقیقتر بودن فرآیند تحلیل فازی را به دلیل بهرهگیری از نظرات تیم کارشناسی نشان میدهد.

ارزیابی صحت برآورد تغییر شکل تودهسنگ در فرضیه محیط پیوسته معادل تحت شرایط مختلف هندسی درزهها
مطالعه درزهها و تاثیر آنها بر رفتار تودهسنگ زمینه تحقیقاتی فعالی در ژئومکانیک فراهم آورده است. تغییرشکلپذیری یک تودهسنگ حاوی دسته درزههای سیستماتیک ممتد به طور بالقوه ناهمسانگرد بوده و به صورت عمده به وسیله خصوصیات مکانیکی و هندسی درزهها کنترل میشود. خصوصیات تغییرشکل سنگها به طور معمول با استفاده از آزمونهای آزمایشگاهی و برجا تعیین میشوند. آزمایشات برجا بر اساس بارگذاری تودهسنگ و اندازهگیری تغییرشکل حاصله استوار هستند. از روشهای عددی و تحلیلی میتوان به عنوان جایگزین آزمایشهای برجای پر هزینه و وقتگیر برای مطالعه خصوصیات تغییرشکل سنگها استفاده کرد. در مدلهای تحلیلی، فرضیاتی مانند تعامد دسته درزهها موجب سادهسازیهایی میشوند که ممکن است از واقعیت به دور باشند. روشهای عددی در مقایسه با خط مشیهای تحلیلی دارای این مزیت هستند که در استنتاج خواص تودهسنگ میتوان تاثیر نامنظم بودن هندسه سیستم درزهداری را به طور مستقیم در مدلسازی دخیل نمود. در این مقاله، مدلهای عددی اجزای مجزا فارغ از سادهسازیهای هندسی مفروض در روشهای حل دقیق اجرا شده اند. بررسی آماری نتایج عددی حاصل به منظور اطلاع از نحوه پراکندگی دادهها انجام شده است. سپس، میزان انحراف تغییرشکل برآورد شده با استفاده از روابط ساختاری شامل مدلهای پیشنهادی (1) آمادیی و گودمن و (2) هوانگ و همکاران نسبت به مدلهای عددی جهت ارزیابی صحت روابط مذکور در شرایط هندسی واقعی درزهها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مولفههای تغییرشکل در بیشتر موارد بیانگر تاثیر قابل توجه پارامترهای هندسی مورد مطالعه در روند تغییرات است. این نتایج برای بررسی صحت روابط مذکور در برآورد میدان تغییرشکل تودهسنگهای درزهدار غیرمتعامد ارایه شده است.

مدلسازی زمینشناسی مستلزم تجربه و دقت بالاست که سابق به روش دستی و امروزه به صورت دستی- کامپیوتری و یا کامپیوتری تهیه میگردد. اغلب این مدلها بر اساس دادههای فاصلهای به دست آمده از مغزههای حفاری اکتشافی و به روش درونیابی خطی به دست میآیند. امروزه روشهای زمینآماری به خصوص کریجینگ شاخص قابلیت بالایی در تهیه مدلهای هندسی- زمینشناسی یافتهاند اما در اغلب مواقع تغییرات ریز زونهای زمینشناسی تدریجی است و این نوع مدلها را دچار ابهامات گوناگونی مینماید که این مسئله در تفکیک زونهای آلتراسیون معادن مس پورفیری اهمیت ویژهای مییابد. در این پژوهش به کمک پردازش عکس مغزهها و تبدیل آنها به دادههای فاصلهای رنگ در سیستم RGB با استفاده از Core Processing و از دادههای کمی رنگهای قرمز، سبز و آبی به طور مجزا استفاده شد. ابتدا برای منطقه معدن کهنگ مدلی به ابعاد 700 در 300 متر و ارتفاع 400 متر در محدوده چاههای اکتشافی منطقه تهیه و مقادیر R، G و B برای بلوکهای با ابعاد 5×5×5 به روش کریجینگ معمولی مورد تخمین قرار گرفت و امکان تهیه مقطع زمینشناسی بر اساس سیستم رنگبندی سه گانه RGB ممکن گردید. جهت اعتبارسنجی شاخصی با عنوان Irgb که طول بردار در محورهای سه گانه R، G وB است، تعریف گردید و مقاطع این شاخص با مقاطع سنگشناسی و مقاطع آلتراسیون معدن کهنگ مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت، که با مقاطع سنگشناسی تطابق خوبی نشان نداد. اما مقایسه نقشه آلتراسیون افق 1700 با شاخص Irgb همان تراز در معدن کهنگ تطابق قابل قبولی را نشان داد. برای اطمینان از امکان استفاده از مدل زمینآماری سیستم رنگ RGB و شاخص Irgb به عنوان معرف مدل آلتراسیون در معادن مس، مدل شاخص Irgb معدن مس میدوک بر اساس 13 گمانه ژئومکانیکی و 35 گمانه ژئوشیمیایی تهیه گردید. از طرفی عملیات برداشت ژئوفیزیکی معدن به منظور تعیین زونهای آبدار انجام و مقاطع ضریب مقاومت الکتریکی تهیه شده با مقاطع شاخص Irgb مقایسه گردید. و نتیجه مقایسه توانست با توجه به حساسیت رنگ به آلتراسیون، این زونها را تشخیص و تفکیک نماید و از اینکه زونهای با مقاومت الکتریکی پایین زون آبدار تلقی شود، جلوگیری کند.

سیستم پیشنهاد دهنده برای شناسایی مکان مناسب برای اکتشاف معدن با استفاده از تجزیه مقدار تکین
اکتشاف معادن شامل چهار مرحله پی جویی، اکتشاف مقدماتی، اکتشاف تفضیلی و اکتشاف تکمیلی (یا حین استخراج) است. در مرحله پیجویی بعد از بررسی اطلاعات موجود محدوده اکتشافی و برداشتهای اولیه بر اساس یک بررسی فنی و اقتصادی سرانگشتی، امکانسنجی ورود به مرحله اکتشاف مقدماتی صورت میگیرد. برای شروع مرحله پیجویی در مورد کانسار معدنی باید ابتدا ظرفیت کلی منطقه برای تشکیل مقدار قابل توجه ماده معدنی که دارای ارزش اقتصادی است، مشخص شود. به صورت معمول این ظرفیت یابی بر اساس دانش و تجربه بالای زمینشناسان و مهندسین معدن صورت میگیرد، لذا این مرحله از اکتشاف مستلزم صرف هزینههایی با ریسک بالاست و روشهایی که بتواند هزینه را کاهش داده و یا از عدم قطعیتهای موجود بکاهد، مورد توجه هستند. از طرفی مجموعهای از دادههای مرتبط با منطقه مورد مطالعه و مناطق اطراف با پراکندگی بالا موجود است که تحلیل آنها، میتواند هدف اشاره شده را برآورده نماید. با استفاده از روشهای دادهکاوی ریاضی مانند روشهای مختلف خوشهبندی، میتوان محدودههای دارای ماده معدنی مشخص را بر اساس شرایط زمینشناسی مشابه در مناطق مختلف دستهبندی کرد. تجزیه مقدار تکین یکی از ابزارهای پر استفاده در ریاضیات است و کاربرد آن بیشتر در مسائل خوشهبندی و سیستمهای پیشنهاددهنده است. در این مقاله با استفاده از تجزیه مقدار تکین و اطلاعات معادن فلزی استخراج شده از پایگاه داده معادن ایران، استانها خوشهبندی شدهاند. استانهایی که در یک خوشه قرار میگیرند دارای بخشهایی با شرایط زمینشناسی مشابهاند و میتوان انتظار داشت که اگر کانساری در یک استان وجود دارد، در استانهای هم خوشه آن نیز امکان شناسایی آن کانسار وجود داشته باشد.

طراحی الگوریتم کاربردی جهت استخراج پارامترهای هندسی اهداف استوانهای مدفون در روش رادار نفوذی به زمین (GPR)
در پژوهش حاضر از روش ژئوفیزیکی رادار نفوذی به زمین (GPR) برای شناسایی پارامترهای هندسی اهداف استوانه ای مدفون و سرعت سیر امواج الکترومغناطیسی در محیط، استفاده شده است. برای این منظور ابتدا مدلسازی پیشرو داده های GPR با استفاده از روش تفاضل محدود دوبعدی حوزه زمان (FDTD) به کمک نرمافزارهای GPRMAX، ReflexW و Radexplorer برای چندین مدل مصنوعی متناظر با اهداف متداول در کاربردهای ژئوتکنیکی و تاسیسات زیرسطحی انجام شد. سپس به منظور استخراج پارامترهای فیزیکی و هندسی اهداف استوانه ای مدل های مصنوعی، یک الگوریتم کاربردی در محیط نرمافزار MATLAB پیاده سازی شد که رفتار پاسخ GPR را در حوزه مکانی، مورد بررسی قرار میدهد. عملکرد این الگوریتم برای چندین مدل مصنوعی ازجمله استوانه افقی فلزی توخالی، استوانه افقی توخالی از جنس پلاستیک پی وی سی و مدل شامل جفت استوانه افقی توخالی از جنس پلاستیک پی وی سی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که در تمام موارد دقت بسیار بالایی را در برآورد پارامترهای مدل نشان داد. الگوریتم مذکور برای استفاده در مورد تصاویر واقعی GPR که آمیخته با مقدار زیادی از انواع نوفه میباشند، بهبود داده شد. در این الگوریتم ابتدا با به کارگیری الگوریتم آشکارکننده متوالی اشیاء (Cascade Object Detector) ناحیه مطلوب تعریف گردیده به گونه ای که نواحی تهی، حذف شده و الگوریتم بر روی ناحیه محدود مطلوب، اجرا می شود. ازجمله قابلیت های الگوریتم پیشنهادی که براساس تعریف تصاویر مثبت و منفی آموزش می بیند، آن است که میتواند بدون نیاز به اعمال مراحل پیشپردازشی، مراحل پردازشی پیشرفته را بر روی تصاویر واقعی GPR سرشار از نوفه، اعمال نماید. عملکرد الگوریتم پیشنهادی برای نگاشت راداری واقعی GPR یکی از پروفیلهای برداشت شده در میدان امام حسین (ع) روبروی شهرداری شهر اصفهان، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که در این مورد نیز نتیجه مطلوبی از برآورد پارامترهای هندسی و فیزیکی هدف زیرسطحی حاصل شد.

بررسی توزیع جریان هوا در قاب اصلی ماشین حفاری تمام مقطع تونل با استفاده از دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی مطالعه موردی: ماشین حفاریS124 شرکت هرنکنشت
آگاهی از الگوهای توزیع جریان هوا در داخل ماشین حفاری تمام مقطع تونل میتواند یک محیط ایمن برای پرسنل و ماشین آلات ایجاد کند. کمیت و کیفیت جریان هوا در فضاهای زیرزمینی بسیار مهم است به طوری که مقدار هوا در تهویه فضاهای زیرزمینی باید برای ترقیق گازها و گرد و غبار کافی باشد و دمای هوا را کنترل نماید. در این مقاله به منظور بررسی الگوهای توزیع جریان هوا در قسمت قاب اصلی ماشین حفاری تمام مقطعS124 شرکت هرنکنشت از دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی و مطالعات میدانی استفاده شده است. به منظور بررسی استقلال شبکه، چهار مقدار مختلف از ابعاد شبکه اجرا شده و نتایج آن برای اطمینان از یک راه حل مستقل با سرعت محلی در یک نقطه مقایسه شده است. مدلسازی سیالاتی به روش حجم محدود مبتنی بر المان انجام شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد جریان هوای کافی در 2/89 درصد از فضای ماشین وجود ندارد و از قسمت پشت اتاق کنترل تا انتهای قاب اصلی ماشین، منطقه مرده وجود دارد. این منطقه میتواند محل تجمع گازهای خطرناک، گرد و غبار و سایر آلایندهها باشد. یکی از راهکارها برای کاهش مناطق مرده، افزایش دبی هوای ورودی است. افزایش میزان سرعت ورودی هوا و مطالعه توزیع جریان هوا انجام شد. مطالعات نشان داد در صورت استفاده از بیشینه ظرفیت جت فنها، امکان کاهش مناطق مرده و ایجاد مناطق امن به صورت قابل قبولی وجود ندارد. لذا استفاده از جت فن با سرعتهای بیشتر کمکی به بهبود توزیع جریان هوا نکرده و تنها هزینه های انرژی را افزایش خواهد داد.

تعیین ویژگیهای ژئوشیمیایی و ارزیابی ژنتیکی میعانات گازی با استفاده از مطالعات بایومارکری و آنالیزهای شیمی سنجی در حوضه خلیج فارس، ایران
در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی ویژگیهای ژئوشیمیایی چهارده نمونه میعانات گازی در بخش مرکزی خلیج فارس و نواحی ساحلی این بخش پرداخته شده و همچنین با استفاده از آنالیز شیمی سنجی جهت دستهبندی و اختصاص حدود اطمینان، برای تعیین ژنتیکی خانوادههای کاندنسیت در این حوضه استفاده شده است. نمونههای مورد مطالعه از مخازن دالان و کنگان (پرمین پسین - تریاس) مربوط به شش میدان گازی (میعانات گازی) که مهمترین مخازن گازی ایران را تشکیل میدهند، جمعآوری شده اند. به منظور تخمین میزان بلوغ حرارتی نمونهها و همچنین تعیین محیط رسوب گذاری سنگ منشا و نوع لیتولوژی آن از پارامترهای بایومارکری به دست آمده از نتایج کروماتوگرافی گازی- طیفسنجی جرمی استفاده میشود. روش آماری مورد استفاده خوشهبندی سلسله مراتبی متراکم است که نشان میدهد گازهای مورد مطالعه در سه گروه ژنتیکی اصلی قرار دارند. در محدوده مورد بررسی از لحاظ بلوغ حرارتی یک روند کلی مشاهده میشود، به گونهای که بلوغ از سمت غرب به شرق خلیج فارس و همچنین از فارس ساحلی به سمت خلیج فارس افزایش مییابد.

تعیین مرز تودههای معدنی با استفاده از فیلتر انحنای تانسور گرادیانهای گرانی
سنگهای سرپانتینی شده فوق بازی محلی برای تمرکز کانی با ارزش کرومیت است. وجود اختلاف چگالی قابل ملاحظه این کانه با سنگهای میزبانش، سبب شده تا از روش گرانیسنجی برای شناسایی محدودههای کانیزایی کرومیت استفاده شود و براساس آن مناسبترین محل برای حفر گمانههای اکتشافی تعیین شود. تعیین حدود تودههای معدنی کرومیت به طور معمول با استفاده از فیلترهای فاز محلی و تشخیص لبه انجام میشود. فیلتر زاویه تمایل یکی از فیلترهای آشکارساز لبه است که میتواند مرز ساختارهای زیرسطحی را به شکل کمی تعیین نماید. فیلتر انحنای تانسور گرادیان گرانی نیز برای شناسایی کمی مرز ساختارهای زیرسطحی توسعه داده شده است. در این مقاله از این دو فیلتر برای شناسایی مرز تودههای زیرسطحی از روی آنومالیهای گرانی حاصل از مدل مصنوعی و نیز دادههای واقعی گرانی برداشتی از روی مناطق کرومیت دار استفاده شده است. نتایج بررسی نشان میدهد فیلتر انحنای تانسور گرادیان گرانی مرز تودهها و ساختارهای زیرسطحی را با دقت بیشتری تفکیک و بارز میکند. به کارگیری فیلترهای زاویه تمایل و انحنای تانسور گرادیان گرانی بر روی دادههای گرانی بوگه محدوده کرومیتدار در ایالت کاماگئی کشور کوبا توانست مرز کانیزایی کرومیت را مشخص نماید. با توجه نتایج مطالعات زمینشناسی و اطلاعات حاصل از گمانههای اکتشافی در این محدوه میتوان گفت استفاده از فیلتر انحنای تانسور گرادیان گرانی دقت بالایی در شناسایی مرز تودهها داشته است. با توجه به اینکه دادههای گرانی این محدوده دارای آنومالی مشخصی بود، لذا از دادههای گرانی کانسار کرومیت شرق سبزوار که به نسبت پیچیدهتر است، نیز استفاده شد. نتایج به کارگیری این فیلتر روی دادههای این محدوده اکتشافی نیز جوابهای قابل قبولی را ارائه داده است. بنابراین از این فیلتر میتوان در شناسایی ساختارهای زیرسطحی در دادههای میدان پتانسیل استفاده نمود.

شبیهسازی عددی فرآیند گازی کردن زیرزمینی زغالسنگ (UCG) با هدف تعیین پارامترهای عملیاتی در مقیاس تجاری، مطالعه موردی؛ لایه K10 منطقه تخت
فرآیند تبدیل به گاز کردن زیرزمینی زغالسنگ یک فرآیند سازگار با محیطزیست است که در آن لایههای زغالسنگ به صورت برجا به گاز تبدیل شده و سپس استخراج میشوند. هدف اصلی از اجرای فرآیند UCG، تولید گاز سنتزی دارای ارزش حرارتی و یا تولید هر یک از گازهای حاصل از فرآیند UCG (مثلا تولید هیدروژن) است. پیشبینی مقدار و ارزش حرارتی گاز تولیدی پیش از اجرای فرآیند UCG، برای انجام تحلیلهای اقتصادی ضروری است. از این رو در این پژوهش یک مدل با استفاده از نرمافزار کامسول توسعه داده شده که قادر است تاثیر پارامترهای عملیاتی را بر مقدار، ترکیب و ارزش حرارتی گاز تولیدی پیشبینی نماید. در این پژوهش یک الگوی جدید برای گازی کردن کل زغالسنگ موجود در پهنههای استخراجی معرفی شده است. طبق این الگو که مراحل آن توسط یک الگوریتم نشان داده شده است، علاوه بر این که کل زغالسنگ موجود در هر پهنه تبدیل به گاز میشود؛ ارزش حرارتی گاز تولیدی در حد مورد نیاز به دست میآید. الگوی ارائه شده در این پژوهش با یک مطالعه موردی برای لایه K10 منطقه تخت، معرفی شده است. در نهایت پارامترهای عملیاتی برای تولید گاز سنتزی با مقدار و ارزش حرارتی مناسب برای گازی کردن لایه K10 منطقه تخت به دست آمده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که در یک دوره 11 ماهه باید 9 کارگاه همزمان با هم فعال باشند و پارامترهای عملیاتی در هر کارگاه شامل دما، فشار کاواک، نرخ تزریق اکسیژن، نرخ تزریق بخارآب و زمان عملیات به ترتیب باید 1273 کلوین، 1 مگاپاسکال، 10 مول بر ثانیه، 20 مول بر ثانیه و 11 ماه باشد. در این صورت لایهی K10 میتواند خوراک یک نیروگاه برق 27 مگاواتی سیکل ترکیبی گازی (IGCC) را به مدت 22 سال تامین کند.

تعیین مزیتهای نسبی استخراج مواد معدنی در استان آذربایجان غربی
بخش معدن و صنایع معدنی از مهمترین مسیرها در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار است. منابع معدنی نقش چشمگیری در پویایی اقتصاد کشور داشته و با سرمایهگذاری صحیح در بهرهبرداری از این منابع، امکان کسب ارزش افزوده مناسب در بخشهای مختلف اقتصادی وجود دارد. بنابراین، تعیین مزیتهای نسبی و اولویتبندی بهرهبرداری از فعالیتهای معدنی به منظور اطمینان در سرمایهگذاریهای آینده ضرورت دارد. در این مقاله، به اولویتبندی بهرهبرداری از منابع معدنی استان آذربایجان غربی، به عنوان یکی از استانهای مهم معدنی کشور پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور، از روشهای تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره در محیط فازی استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج، مسائل زیستمحیطی و فرهنگی- اجتماعی از مهمترین شاخصها در بهرهبردای از معادن استان آذربایجان غربی هستند. از این رو، استخراج سنگ آهن و طلا، کرومیت، منگنز و سرب و روی به ترتیب بالاترین اولویت در بهرهبرداری را دارند. علاوه بر این، سنگهای تزئینی، نما و سنگ گچ، باریت و خاک سرخ و زرد، کائولن، خاک نسوز و دولومیت به ترتیب در اولویتهای دیگر استخراج قرار میگیرند.

اثر چیدمان شمع بر عملکرد پی- شمع
شمعها ضمن مشارکت در باربری پی- شمع، نشست را به طور قابل ملاحظهای کاهش میدهند. در این پژوهش با مدلسازی سهبعدی پی- شمعها در نرمافزار اجزا محدود PLAXIS 3-D Foundation در دو نوع خاک رس متوسط و ماسه متراکم، تاثیر چیدمان شمعها و شکل رادیه بر عملکرد مجموعه پی مطالعه شد. نتایج مدلها مشخص کرد که در دو پی همجوار و متقارن در ماسه که تحت بارگذاری یکنواخت هستند با انتقال شمعهای گوشهای و جایگذاری شمعهای بلندتر در نزدیکی محور تقارن بین آنها، میتوان نشست و دوران پی را بیش از 50 درصد کاهش داد. همچنین برای پیهای مربعی با نشست کلی 154 میلیمتر در دو نوع خاک رسی و ماسهای، اثر چیدمانهای مختلف شمع بررسی شد. بر اساس نتایج عددی، در خاک رسی با چینش شمعهای بلندتر در مرکز پی و در خاک ماسهای با تمرکز شمعها در هسته مرکزی پی، بیشترین کاهش نشست حاصل میشود. در مدلها حجم شمعها باهم مساوی است.
