Dear authors and researchers, before submitting their articles to the Journal of Analytical and Numerical Methods in Mining Engineering (ANM), it is essential to carefully read the "Guide for Authors" files and take them into consideration when submitting their articles. It should be noted that articles received without following the guide for authors will not be sent for review.

1. The initial registration of the article is subject to compliance with the points of the publication's "Pattern for Preparing the Articles".
2. The corresponding author must be a researcher (a Faculty Member of Universities and Research Centers or an Executive of a Research Project) or a technologist (a Member of Knowledge Enterprises or Science & Technology Parks). Otherwise, the article will be rejected at the first stage.
3. It should be noted that articles received without following the guide for authors will not be sent for review. In the case of using Student Theses, it is mandatory to mention the name of the Supervisor, the field, and the name of the relevant university, and the article is published under the responsibility of the Supervisor.
4. Only articles that have not been published before and the author is committed not to publish them elsewhere can be reviewed, and the articles sent for publication in the journal must not have been sent to another journal at the same time. It is mandatory to submit the "Ethical Commitment of Authors" and "Conflict of Interests" forms. It is essential to print these forms and send them along with the article file after signing and scanning.
5. The result of the evaluation of the received articles will be announced to the author/authors within two to three months.
6. Review articles can be reviewed only if they have a high scientific content.
7. Received articles will not be returned.
8. The journal is free to edit the submitted articles in a way that does not change the original scientific content of the articles.
9. Received articles are reviewed by Specialized Editors, Reviewers and the Editorial Board of the journal. If the article requires corrections, it will be sent to the author or authors for correction. The final decision to accept or reject the article is done by the editorial board.
10. It is free to quote the contents of the other publications (articles, charts and tables) with accurate and complete mention of the sources.
11. Articles in English must have an Abstract in Persian.
12. The final version of the articles must be prepared in WORD file format. Sufficient accuracy is expected in the use of all sources and references in the manuscript and its adaptation to the template format.
13. After registering the article, an email will be sent to the authors as a receipt of the article registration.
14. The names and details of the authors should not be included in the submitted manuscript. The names of the authors will be included in the same order as in the "Ethical Commitment of Authors" form after the acceptance of the article by the editor.
15. After submitting the article, it is not possible to change the order of the authors' names except with the written consent of all the authors whose names are included in the "Ethical Commitment of Authors" form.
16. The articles should be checked for plagiarism and misdemeanors viewpoints using the iThenticate service. This system can identify any piece of text or passages mentioned in other publications or resources with exact precision. The system is at the address https://www.ithenticate.com/. Any article with an above 10 percent overall similarity with other papers will be rejected.
