ارایه یک مدل ترکیبی تصمیم‌گیری به‌منظور مکان‌یابی کارخانه فرآوری کرومیت در استان سیستان و بلوچستان

چکیده

یکی از اساسی‌ترین پایه‌های اقتصاد هر کشور را منابع معدنی آن تشکیل می‌دهند که با توجه به فراوانی ذخایر کرومیت در استان سیستان و بلوچستان، ایجاد یک واحد فرآوری در این استان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. این پژوهش، باهدف مکان‌یابی کارخانه فرآوری کرومیت در استان سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شد. روش تحقیق از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از حیث شیوه جمع­آوری اطلاعات پیمایشی است. جهت دستیابی به هدف مذکور، با استفاده از تکنیک‌های AHP گروهی و SAW و با کمک گرفتن از 15 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و صنعتی آگاه به علم معدن و همچنین جمع­آوری اطلاعات از ادارات دولتی مورد نیاز، معیارهای مؤثر در مکان‌یابی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از تعیین گزینه‌های مناسب، برای انتخاب بهترین گزینه، 8 معیار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تکنیک‌های AHP گروهی و SAW، زاهدان را به‌عنوان گزینه برتر شناسایی کردند. همچنین از روش ترکیبی Borda برای قضاوت بهتر و تلفیق روش‌های مذکور استفاده شد که در نهایت بهترین مکان برای احداث کارخانه فرآوری، شهرستان زاهدان معرفی شد.

چکیده [English]

Mine and deposit are the one of the major part of economic fundamentals in any country. Sistan and Bloochestan located in the south-east of Iran has the noticeable and mineable deposited. Chromite's reserve is the considerable potential for development in this province.
By attention to the reserve of Chromite in Sistan and Beloochestan province Manufacturing and running a mineral processing plant for Chromite is necessary. This research is carried out for Site selection of Mineral processing plant for Chromite in Sistan and Beloochestan province.
The research method in this article is practical by looking to aims and surveying based on the data collection methods. The research were carried out by using of Groups AHP and SAW methods and BORDA combined method. By helping of fifteen members of university and industrial expert in mining technology, also by data collection of government offices, For selected the best selection eight criteria were investigated after nomination the suitable selection.
Zahedan was selected by Groups AHP and SAW methods. It is using of the multiplied Borda method for the better judgment and multiplied these methods. Finally Zahedan was recognized as the best place for manufacturing and running a mineral processing plant for Chromite.
